    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page seven, section thirteen-a, line sixty-five, after the word “misdemeanors” by striking out the coma and the word “or” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”;

    And,

    On page fifteen, section twenty-eight, lines ten and eleven, by striking the words “in any other court of this state” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “are not subject to judicial review”.
